The main purpose of this podcast is to inform you on some of the most talked about, and sometimes less talked about, stories in America and from around the world centered around Blackness. Not only will you be informed, but you can also expect to laugh, shoot some side-eyes, hold up the church finger, clutch your pearls, and even ugly cry sometimes, as Rollo delivers his perspective on these stories implementing his exceptional combination of "street" knowledge, Black history knowledge, and academic knowledge into these stories so everyone in the community from Bayboy to Madea can understand them.

Rollo’s diverse background and vast life experiences enable him to deliver very informed opinions on varying topics. He is a family man with two adult children and has been married almost his entire adult life to their mother (their only marriage). He is a multi-tour combat paratrooper who retired from active duty after more than twenty years of service. After his military service, he became a public-school teacher and taught in the most economically challenging schools in his community. He is very involved in his community and is currently a local political official. He also hosts and co-moderates his own in-person livestreamed show. He earned two undergraduate degrees, a graduate degree, and a terminal postgraduate professional degree; however, he highly reveres his original education and teachers who includes: Marcus Garvey, A. Phillip Randolph, Dr. Francis Cress Welsing, Bayard Rustin, Hiram Revels, Fannie Lou Hamer, Carter G. Woodson, and so many more. He is also a very active member of his Divine Nine fraternity and other civic and social organizations.
Rollo was inspired to do this podcast from his closest family members, friends, and colleagues. They shared with him how they have benefited so much over the years from his opinions in so many areas. He also has a unique ability to explain things where anyone understand it. Equally, he has an ability to meet people where they are, no mat
Rollo was inspired to do this podcast from his closest family members, friends, and colleagues. They shared with him how they have benefited so much over the years from his opinions in so many areas. He also has a unique ability to explain things where anyone understand it. Equally, he has an ability to meet people where they are, no matter if it’s in the halls of ivory towers or on a street cona. He is treasured by the followers of his live in-person show, and we are so happy we convinced him to take his talents to this podcast.
